If you're reporting a problem, these three lines help a lot: your iPhone model and iOS version, what you did, and what happened instead. Screenshots are welcome. Never send passwords.
Where is the app?
PlanThen is in late development and heading for TestFlight. It isn't on the App Store yet. Email us to be told when the beta opens.
Is my data on your servers?
No. PlanThen stores everything on your iPhone. There's no account and no sync, so there's no copy of your plan anywhere else. See the privacy policy.
Why does the app say the shield is simulated?
Blocking other apps needs a special permission from Apple that we are in the process of obtaining. Until it's granted, PlanThen shows a clearly labelled simulation instead of pretending to block, and it never records simulated protection as real protected time. Everything else in the focus loop works normally.
Why did my session ask me what happened?
If your phone slept or the app was closed for a long stretch while a session was running, PlanThen won't quietly count that time as focus. It asks you to choose the truthful outcome instead. The same happens if the device clock moves backwards.
Do I need to give calendar or notification access?
No. Both are optional and PlanThen asks only when the feature is relevant, never during onboarding. Declining leaves the core loop fully working.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → Prepare Data Export gives you a file with your tasks, plans, focus history, clients and preferences. Settings → Reset PlanThen Data permanently erases everything on the device. Deleting the app also removes it.
Accessibility
PlanThen is built for VoiceOver and Dynamic Type, and the timeline switches to a list layout at accessibility text sizes. If something is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us — those reports go to the front of the queue.
